Information on audit results will not be provided to third parties without receipt of authorization so as not to give harm to customers under any circumstances except when the information which have to be in customers’ technical file within the purview of Market Surveillance  and Audit activities is requested by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. 

All proprietary rights of the customers shall be protected, written or oral information as to confidential documents will not be transferred to third parties and principle of confidentiality will be observed by putting into action the regulations to ensure the protection of confidential information and proprietary rights. 

All proprietary and non-proprietary rights protection of which are requested will be protected within the framework of confidentiality principles while meeting with other customers.

Our quality system, human resources and infrastructure have been established by organizing in a manner to protect confidentiality and maintained with this approach.
