Independence constitutes our basic principle in all units. In this context, we take the necessary measures with a view to prevent that our employees are not under pressure due to material, spiritual, political causes or due to any other reason. We neither have any commercial partnership to any corporation we serve nor we are with dependent to them.  The balanced distribution of income according to customers is examined by our Neutrality Committee in order to maintain service impartiality and independence within our service structure. Technical decisions taken as to certification services offered are kept away from all other types of commercial, financial and non-technical effects. We provide all our services based on legal legislation and domestic/international standards. 

The relevant persons are informed that no pressure will be applied by administrative units to personnel carrying out technical works. Moreover, key decision makers and technical personnel performing the audit works have a written commitment stating that they do not and will not have any material or spiritual connection with the corporations to which service is provided during the period when the service is furnished and they also did not have any material or spiritual connection with such corporations two-years prior to provision of such services. The customers have the right to inform the General Manager regarding their doubts as to independence, impartiality and reliability of employees during the period when the service is furnished or inform the Impartiality Committee for the evaluation of their objections and complaints and to initiate an investigation. Independence of our institution is guaranteed by giving the authority of researching and the conditions contrary to the principle of the independence and reporting this to the related bodies in case of detection thereof.
